Recently, CIMC-Jirong successfully won the bid for the second phase expansion of bridge-mounted PCA equipment project of Haikou Meilan International Airport. Since our company developed the first pre-conditioned air unit in China in 2004, Haikou Meilan Airport has been continuously exchanging opinions with our company on the PCA, and became our first customer in 2005.

It is reported that the total investment of Haikou Meilan International Airport Phase II Expansion Project is 14.468 billion RMB, the new flight zone grade index is 4F, a new runway with a length of 3600 meters, two parallel taxiways and contact system are built. After completion, Meilan Airport will form two flight zones, namely, South and north, with flight zones of 4E and 4F respectively. The newly built Terminal 2 has 296,000 square meters and the construction period of the project is from 2015 to 2019. The construction target is to meet the annual passenger throughput of 35 million, the annual cargo and postal throughput of 400,000 tons by 2025.
